Project Success is a non for profit 501(c)3 organization who has aided the poor, indigent and homeless of Jefferson County for over thirty years. Most services provided is by appointment only. First consideration will be given to Center Point Residence. Center Point residence are asked to call every Monday and Wednesday from 10 A.M. –    12 N. .and 1 P.M. – 3 P.M. for social service assistance and may call daily for transportation assistance.  The cutoff for transportation appointments Monday – Friday is 2 P.M. daily. One must call for transportation before 2 P.M. and 48 hours before your schedule appointment. One must acquire a confirmation number for validation purposes. All required documentation must be received before transportation or any assistance will be provided.

FREE Medication,Cloths and Food Program-

Medication vouchers are given to qualified applicants for assistance with medication cost. Clothe and Food vouchers are given to anyone in need by appointment only Free ID Program we Pay for your  ID.
